Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Quick Lube Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at our automotive service center. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive automotive knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves managing staff, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining high-quality service standards, and driving sales through ensuring franchise standards . The Quick Lube Operations Manager will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence and fostering a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily shop operations, ensuring efficient and safe workflow
  • Lead and motivate the team of technicians and service advisors to meet performance goals
  • Oversee customer interactions, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and professionalism
  • Manage delivery of additional services and products to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper cash handling procedures
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, vehicle standards, and company policies
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for parts and supplies
  • Conduct training sessions to improve technical skills and customer service quality
  • Implement sales strategies to increase shop profitability and customer retention

Requirements

  • Proven dealership experience or extensive mechanic background with automotive repair knowledge
  • Strong mechanical understanding of vehicle systems and maintenance procedures
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service, sales, and upselling techniques
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in cash handling and basic administrative tasks
  • Prior experience managing automotive service operations is highly preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards
