What will you do?

  • Learn and grow as an important part of a team that cares about the company and its customers.
  • Responsible to professionally service HVAC equipment, accessory items, for residential customers
  • General and other inspections of all types of appliances for residential users
  • Perform other duties as required by supervisor or designate
  • Adhere to all safety rules
  • Explain the benefits of newer, high efficient equipment to the customer
  • To ensure the safe operation of all new installations and correctly instruct customers on proper care, maintenance. 
  • Maintain company vehicle to neat clean and safe standard
  • Promote company products and services on every call

What do you bring?

  • A growth mindset: above all else, we’re looking for people who are dependable, ambitious and want to grow with us
  • Completed a minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent. 
  • Must be an installer or technician. 
  • Gas Technician ‘2’ (G2) license and 2 years of HVAC experience 
  • Registered in the apprenticeship program.  
  • Accepted by OCOT and keep up all fees, required licenses, and progress in a timely manner. 
  • Effective at HVAC lead generation and CPP enrollments.  
  • Must have demonstrated a strong of technical, customer service skills and company metrics in current and previous roles. 
  • Valid full G driver’s license. 
  • Able to progress through all levels of this apprenticeship in a timely manner. 
  • Physically capable of performing all work required of this position.
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal communications. 
  • Ability to understand/learn new technologies (ie. Electronics/ electricity/pressures).
